Walkthrough
The Earth Temple is on Headstone Island, and getting in requires the Command Melody and controlling a statue warrior that clears obstacles for you.
- Before heading in, hit the switch on top of Headstone Island with a Hyoi Pear for Piece of Heart #38.
Inside, switch between Link and the statue warrior (controlled with the Command Melody) to solve pressure-plate and combat puzzles. The Mirror Shield shows up partway through the dungeon — essential against the Poes and the boss.
⚠️ This temple’s ReDeads paralyze you with a scream — break the paralysis with the spin attack, or dodge them entirely with the Iron Boots.
Boss — Jalhalla
Jalhalla is a boss made up of dozens of Poes flying in formation. Reflect light from a torch with the Mirror Shield onto its core to stun it, grab it, and throw it into one of the room’s spiked pillars — this temporarily scatters the lesser Poes. Repeat until the core falls on its own.
