Walkthrough
With the strength of all three Pearls, you return to the Forsaken Fortress — no stealth needed this time: the fortress itself recognizes your power, and the guards flee or stand down.
Explore the treasure room to get the Power Bracelets, which let you lift heavy boulders and statues — unlocking dozens of previously inaccessible spots across the Great Sea.
Boss — Phantom Ganondorf (Dead Man’s Volley)
Before you reach the girls’ cell, Phantom Ganondorf challenges you to an energy duel: he hurls a dark orb you must return with a well-timed sword swing. Keep it bouncing between you and it gains intensity until he retreats. A chest appears with the Skull Hammer.
⚠️ Don’t swing too early or too late — a mistimed hit damages you instead of deflecting the orb.
Boss — Helmaroc King
At the top of the fortress, the Helmaroc King — the giant bird kidnapping girls on Ganondorf’s orders — dive-bombs you. Dodge his charges until he jams his beak into the ground, then smash it with the Skull Hammer. After five hits, his armor is stripped away and he falls.
His mask shatters, revealing that Tetra is actually Princess Zelda, bearer of the Triforce of Wisdom. Ganondorf himself appears for the first time and takes her to Hyrule — the rest of the game revolves around chasing him down.
