Walkthrough
The castle crumbles around you as you scramble through the rubble to the outside, where Ganondorf resurfaces in his beast form: Ganon. Zelda uses her magic to hold him in place while the six Sages lend you their strength; the final fight takes place in the smoking ruins right outside the castle.
Ganon attacks with charges and shockwaves whenever he slams the ground. The Sun’s Song briefly stuns him the instant the fight starts — use the opening to slice off his tail with your sword, which knocks him down. With the tail gone, attack his head while he’s on the ground; repeat the cycle until Zelda can hold him fully in place for the finishing blow with the Master Sword.
💡 If you run low on Light Arrows or potions mid-fight, the grass patches around the arena still occasionally drop something useful.
Ending
With Ganon sealed away in the Sacred Realm, Zelda uses the Ocarina of Time to send Link back to his childhood — undoing the seven lost years, but also giving him the chance to live them alongside his friends in Kokiri Forest.
