Wait for her red eye to open and hit it with the Slingshot to stun her, then slash away. Watch for Parasitic Tentacles dropping from the ceiling.

When he inhales to attack, toss a bomb into his mouth; he flips over stunned — run in and slash him. Repeat.

Goron's Ruby Spiritual Stone

Boomerang the tentacles anchoring it to the ceiling; once it drops, slash the exposed core before it climbs back up.

Zora's Sapphire Spiritual Stone

Bat his energy balls back with your sword (or the Bow) until he whiffs three times — he's then open to a sword combo.

When he surfaces from the lava, smash his head with the Megaton Hammer before he can attack; repeat until he's down.

Hookshot its floating nucleus to reel it in and slash it; watch out for it dragging you inside the water body.

Use the Lens of Truth to see the invisible drum and hands; shoot arrows at the hands' eyes and slash the drum's eye once it's stunned.

Reflect each witch's fire or ice spell with the Mirror Shield back at her sister until it lands; in the final phase, reflect it straight at the fused Twinrova.

Use the Sun's Song to stun him, slice his tail off with your sword, and attack the head while he's down. Repeat until the final Master Sword strike.
