Backtrack through the (now empty) maze to loot it. With Ashley back, she turns the crank in the fountain room: inside, the free Broken Butterfly. In the Room of Fire, shoot the golden shackles to sink the dragons into the lava → Lion Ornament. The Crown is on the impaled cultist past Salazar’s trapdoor. Place the three ornaments (Goat/Serpent/Lion) for the tram. Chess puzzle: push the knight statues onto their plates. Spike trap: shoot the 4 red dots on the ceiling.
Boss — Verdugo
Nearly immune to bullets. Knock down an N2 tank when it’s close (freezes it: ×3 damage) and land the rocket = done. Drops the Crown Jewel. You can dodge it until the elevator arrives, but you lose the jewel and the 48,000pts full Crown.
