Walkthrough
Cross the lake by boat to the dock merchant (the Green Gem is in a barrel above his shop; the Amber Ring is on a beam behind the waterfall). At the waterfall area, shoot the hanging crates to form a bridge, throw the lever that diverts the water and enter the cave to get the Round Insignia.
Church: open it with the Round Insignia. Light puzzle to free Ashley: turn Red ×2, Green ×3, Blue ×1 and combine. From here on: if Ashley dies or is carried off to an exit, it’s game over. Learn Wait / Follow me / Hide.
Boss — El Gigante
TMP to the head (~45–50 rounds) until it kneels → run up, climb on and knife the parasite on its back. Two or three rounds. The dog you saved shows up to distract it. Dodge the body as it falls. Drops 15,000pts.
💡 Save room for the incendiary grenade in the church barrels: you’ll want 3 incendiaries for Mendez in 2-3.
