Terms of Service
Last updated: April 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TradePilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
TradePilot is a portfolio management and algorithmic trading platform that provides backtesting, strategy analysis, and trading tools. The platform integrates with third-party brokerage services to facilitate trade execution.
3. Not Financial Advice
TradePilot does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All strategies, metrics, backtesting results, and analytics are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Paper Trading vs. Real Money
TradePilot supports both paper trading (simulated) and live trading with real funds. You are solely responsible for understanding which mode you are using and for all trading decisions made through the platform. Simulated results may not reflect actual market conditions.
5. Risk Disclosure
Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You should carefully consider your financial situation before trading. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your invested capital.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
7. Brokerage Integration
TradePilot connects to third-party brokerages (such as Alpaca) to execute trades. We are not a broker-dealer. All trades are executed through your brokerage account, subject to that broker's terms and conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
TradePilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any trading losses, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
